Damaged Shipments & Returns

We do our best to carefully pack each order to avoid any damage that may occur in transit. If your product was damaged in shipment, please email a picture to orders@classicmagnets.com or call us immediately. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. We will replace any damaged item at no cost to you and handle the return of the damaged product. If you would like to return your product for any other reason, please return in original packaging and packing slip to: Classic Magnets, Attn: Returns, 7 Cedar Ct., Union, MO 63084. Credit for product minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued once the product is received.

Typically orders shipped to the U.S. are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
